If you aren't completely satisfied with your Macoda mattress within the 100 night trial period we offer a free return and full refund. 

All you'll need to do is contact us and fill out a form. We'll organize for your mattress to be collected, then provide a full refund once the pick up is confirmed. We only ask that you give the Macoda mattress 28 nights before making a decision as it takes time for your body to a get used to a new bed.

Please note that mattresses that are stained or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
